Islamabad: As many as 291 people faced cruel death in 38 violent US Drone strikes administered by American top spy agency CIA in the tribal areas of Pakistan, recent CIA report on US Drones hitting Pakistan Tribal belt told. Along with hundreds of death, 34 people also sustained serious injuries in these inhuman attacks.
According to the details, 31 out of 38 Drone Strikes hit North Waziristan from January 10 to September 24 this year. From 2011 Up-till now 86 Drones Pakistan’s tribal belt out of which 24 Of Them Strike SWA. In percentile, 28 percent of the drones hit South Waziristan. During this period, 893 innocents were killed by drones, of which 208 people belonged to SWA.
Imran Khan led a peace march towards South Waziristan after initially aimed to visit NWA in a bid to built a public opinion against the Drones that kill hundreds of innocent men, women and children. He was accompanied with Lauren Booth, International journalists, human rights activists and many others.
