Yogurt is an integral part of our diet, especially we consume more yogurt during the hot summer to get hydrated but do you know how beneficial this simple dairy product is for our skin, face and hairs?
It moisturizes your skin by providing necessary nutrients required. Just take three tablespoon of yogurt and add 1 tablespoon honey. Now apply the mixture on your face as a mask, leave it to dry and wash your face with warm water.
You can also make your own natural yogurt scrub to protect your face from wrinkles. You only need yogurt and oats, mix them well and now use the mixture to massage your face in circular motion gently. Leave it on your face for 15 minutes and then wash it.
Try yogurt scrub once a week because it contains lactic acid which removes dead cells from your face.
