ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister’s Advisor on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz has said that since Modi has come to power, he thinks that Indian is the only super power of this region, adding we are atomic power and we know to defend ourselves.
While giving interview to Pakistan Television, Sartaj Aziz said that talks were cancelled because implementation on Ufa communiqué was not carried out. He added that India at the time of agreement, India asked not to write the word ‘’Kashmir’’.
Sartaj Aziz termed Pakistani agenda precise to Ufa agreement and said that Pakistan did not deviate from talks on terrorism however, when we could talk with India on terrorism, why couldn’t we talk on other issues?
Sartaj Aziz raised a question if Kashmir is not an issue, what is 7 lacs Indian Army doing there? He suggested that Kashmiris would give their decisions if referendum is held in Indian-held Kashmir.
