A new research has proved that walking 30 minutes daily have many positive results on patients with chronic kidney diseases (CKD).
Walking, cycling, swimming or any physical activity are known to be healthy for humans, doctor recommends 30 minutes exercise daily even if it is swimming or just walking in your lawn.
The research was done by China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan where they reviewed at least 6,363 patients. The found that patients that walked for 30 minutes had 33% less chances of dying from the disease. It was also found that they had 21% less chances of requiring dialysis or kidney transplant.
Chronic Kidney Disease is the slow loss of kidney function which means the inability of kidney to remove waste from the body. The final stage results in Kidney failure and may require kidney transplant.
