WASHINGTON: A US court has given verdict to imprison a Pakistan-origin US citizen for 7 years and 6 months who supported a terrorist and his family involved in suicide attack on ISI office in Lahore in 2009. A news agency told that the US court declared 7 years and 6 months imprisonment for a 51-year-old Riaz Qadir Khan who is the resident of Oregon, Portland.
Riaz Qadir Khan has confessed that he supported the terrorist who committed suicide attack on ISI office in 2009. He said that he had to pay 2500 dollars to Ali Jalil who is the citizen to Maldives in order to attack on ISI office.
It is pertinent to mention here that Riaz Qadir Khan was charged in 2013 for being accused of supporting the terrorist who committed suicide attack on ISI office. 35 people lost their lives and nearly 300 people were injured in the attack on ISI office in 2009.
