It is reported that US Ambassador Cameron Munter requested Washington to stop drone attacks against militants in tribal areas on 17th March.
Cameron Munter was of the view that these drone strikes will damage ties with Pakistan. Majority of people in Pakistan are against drone attacks which is believed to kill more innocent people than militants.
Recently ISI chief Shuja Pasha has also requested to US authorities to stop drone attacks.
