For Markus Zahn 15th September 2016 was a pleasant day in Hesse State of Germany which he was visiting to meet a close friend. After reaching in Bogelsberg he parked his orange McLaren Spider car, which is worth more than €310,000, in a parking near a paddock, but what happened next was unbelievable.
A donkey called Vitus was trying to eat the car from the back causing damage of more than €5,800 which the owner of the donkey refused to pay. He claims that it was the mistake of Markus, he should not have parked his bright orange car near a paddock.
This forced Markus to file a case against the owner of the donkey last year which took a year before the judgment was announced. The German court ordered the owner of Vitus to pay €5,800 for the damage caused by his donkey.
