Dear United Bank Limited (UBL) customer Service, I am a customer of UBL.I am facing this problem from last six months. Whenever I visit UBL for Western Union Withdrawal my request is not considered by saying that link is down, problem at 3rd party’s end etc.
However when I visit Western union office same day, they have all the time entertained me. But due to security reason I want to withdraw and deposit in my bank account, but I am disappointed by UBL service, kindly look into this matter & resolve at earliest. I am regular customer of UBL but it’s really unbearable behavior of this UBL branch staff. Please take serious action.
Note: I am talking about UBL Branch located at Gulshan e Iqbal Block 10, Opposite KDA Lal Flat, Karachi. Branch code is 0849.
