Gulf States, Saudi Arabia and U.E.A are looking forward to buying heavy weapons worth of billion dollars from the United Sates, Pentagon website reveals. The two countries would spend around half a billion dollar for the equipment of the weapons. The U.S press agency has further affirmed the news.
According to Bloomberg, Raytheon and Boeing made weapons would be purchased by the two States. Saudi Arabia would spend worth U.S. $ 6.8 billion while estimated amount of U.S. $ 4 billion would cost to U.A.E. Cruise missiles, launch systems, bombs, air-launching missiles including other weapons would be part of the purchase agreement.
The deal is to sign with the U.S. Defense Department.It has further been reported that the weapons are capable of hitting from far distances, making use of fighter planes. The deal is yet to go through approval from the U.S. Congress. If approved, it would earn good amount and selling to the U.S. made weapons.
