To prevent diabetes you have to perform some physical exercise and take some fruits. Diabetes is a dangerous disease in which you will face high blood sugar because either your body cells are not properly responding or you do not have sufficient insulin production. Due to diabetes a person may suffer from Hypertension, stroke, gum disease and infections.
Here are some ways which can help you to prevent diabetes:
- Green Tea: This can help you in weight loss; regulate glucose (sugar) throughout your body and decreases complications that are linked to diabetes like cardiovascular and cataract disease.
- Sunshine: Sit in the heat of sun for sometime as it is rich in Vitamin D which would surely prevent you from type II diabetes.
- Sleep: To avoid diabetes you should take a sleep of minimum 7 hours a day. People who sleep less than six hours every night can suffer diabetes, according to a research of Chicago University.
- Blueberries: This fruit decreases the risk of diabetes and also helps you to lose belly fat.
- Walnuts and Almonds: Eat Almonds before taking meal as it helps your body to regulate both the meal and glucose in a proper way.
- Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits are rich in Vitamin C and fiber. Vitamin C keeps your heart healthy while fibers control the absorption of sugar in your body.
- Beans: This will decrease the diabetes level those who are suffering from it. it also regulates insulin and blood glucose in your body.
- Grains: You should eat all type of whole-grains such as oatmeal, bread, pearled barley etc as they are rich in fiber and other nutrients like omega 3 fatty acid, chromium, magnesium and folate.
- Fish: It is very useful as it makes your insulin level better. You should have fish at least once in a weak.
- Exercise: It is must for you to do minimum 30 minutes of exercise daily like walking swimming etc as it decrease resistance of insulin.
