The transfer facility of a plot, house or an apartment in the Bahria town had been started since March 24th, 2014. The process is quiet simple and straight forward and takes 30 minutes for the NDC to complete the transfer works. You will need to visit the customer care centre of Bahria Town, where the customers are provided with the quality service. This service centre is operational 365 days a year.
Now request the No Demand Certificate (NDC). This can only be applied by the seller. This will be prepared in 48 working hours. A copy of the CNIC number is required with eth NDC issuance request. The NDC certificate is valid for only 15 days. NDC Normal is free of cost, but to get a NDC on the same day will require Rs 5000. The NDC certificate will contain the exact transfer fee and any pending dues against the property.
The seller and the buyer must be physically present. The buyer can appoint someone else as their representative with a valid authority letter. Attach a valid CNIC copy with the passport size photographs of the buyer and the authorized representative on a stamp paper with the authority letter. In case of overseas Pakistanis, the authority letter can be on a plain paper verified by the Pakistan embassy.
The transfer fee will be submitted in the NIB Bank Account Number 13106339. At the time of transfer do bring the original deposit slip of the transfer fee. Now fill out the application form for transfer registration. Attach the original customer copy of booking form and valid No Demand Certificate (NDC). Along with the form, you will also need original and photocopies of the CNIC of Seller, Buyer and Nominees and current passport size photographs of seller and buyer. Also attach the original deposit slip of transfer fee deposited in NIB Bank.
Bahria town will transfer the property in your name with all the rights deposits and liabilities. The transfer is for registration only as the plot/home/apartment number will be allotted in the future.
