Fruits are good for our health no matter what the weather is but during specific weather our body has specific needs which are fulfilled by some specific fruits.

3) Dates are widely consumed in Middle East and Muslim world including Pakistan where it is widely produced in Sindh. It is rich in Vitamin A which makes our eyesight stronger and being rich in fiber.
4) Lemon is among the top winter fruits because it is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C which makes our immune system stronger and protects us from cold and flu.
