Lahore: Pakistani Tennis Gem Aisam-ul-Haq will depart for France today (Wednesday) to take part in the Monte Carlo Open Tennis Championship, the 4th Major tournament of the “Big 14” in 2012 for the Men’s professional tennis tour starting from Sunday, 15th April.
National Tennis Star has assured that a lot of betterment has come in his injury, there is a week left for the tournament and he will start practicing for it from now for better results.
Monte-Carlo Masters is the first of three ATP World Tour Masters 1000 tournaments played on clay. Spain’s Rafael Nadal won an Open Era record seventh consecutive title there in 2011 and has an incredible 39-1 event record.
The prize money of the tournament is set to be € 2,427,975. The big final would be played on Sunday 22nd April, 2012.
