Kidney performs very important tasks in our body which removes wastes from our blood, balances the body fluids by balancing the alkaline in human body.
At least 10% of world population is affected by kidney related diseases. Previously it was ranked 27th in the causes of deaths but in 2010 it was ranked 18th. This was majorly because people ignored symptoms and early signs of kidney failures.
1) You urinate more often than before, it can be an indication of damaged kidney filters.
2) Your urine may contain blood occasionally. It is also because of the damaged kidney filters which fails to stop blood from leaking into urine. It may also be a sign of kidney stones or infection, in any case you should not ignore it.
3) Urine is foamy, and may require more water to flush it out. This can be when protein is being leaked due to kidney related problems.
4) If you feel your ankle or feet are swollen then it’s also a sign of kidney related problems. This is a serious indication and should not be ignored.
