Axact Fake Degree case is under hearing by a three bench judge bench headed by Chief Justice. During the proceedings the defendant said that submitting this huge amount is difficult and court should accept some property as guarantee.
But CJP said that for CEO of Axact it’s not difficult, ‘you only have to sell two fake degrees’ he said. Court also asked about the total amount of salaries that the company has to pay.
Chief Justice was informed that former employees are demanding salaries amounting to Rs. 300 million. After ordering the submission of Rs. 100 million the case has been adjourned for the next 10 days.
