Dairy products are not only rich in calcium but they are also a good source of sodium. Milk, Cheese & yogurt should be part of your daily diet.
Sometime lower blood pressure is caused by higher intake of potassium and magnesium which balances the intake of sodium. If that’s the case then you should reduce the consumption of such food items which included common vegetables such as potatoes and other green vegetables.
