Stolen Cars Can Be Verified Through SMS

Islamabad police has announced that anyone who wants to know the status of any car which is clear, stolen or theft can now be verified easily.

If chassis number or engine number is sent through SMS to 8521 and clearance of the car will be known.

In Karachi to get the clearance of car one has to call to CPLC (The Citizens-Police Liaison Committee) on this number 021-35662222 and give number plate, chassis number, engine number and will know about the cars status.
