Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Central leader and Sindh Technical Education Minister Abdul Salam Thaheem died after a long protracted illness. According to the sources he was in a private hospital for some surgery but during it he died he was about 63 years of age. He would be bury in his native town Goth Tayyab Thaheem Shahdadpur, Sanghar District.
During the last three month he was in Karachi because of his illness. He has left four sons and a widow he belonged to a Political family. He was elected twice in his career during 1988 and 2008.
President Zardari, PM Gilani, Governor Ishrat-Ul-Ibad, CM Qaim Ali Shah and many central and provincial members of PPP offered deep condolence to his family.
