Karachi: Sindh government has imposed ban on all sort of rallies and processions under Section-144 in Karachi for three days. This step has been taken by the Interior Ministry due to the disturbed conditions in the city. Carrying of weapons is also ban in the city for the three days. According to the ministry spokesman these processions and rallies are the major causes of killings and causalities in the city.
The processions and the rallies against the anti-Islamic film caused mass destruction in the city, 24 people were killed and many commercial buildings were set on fire. To overcome such conditions the ban has been imposed in the city for three days.
The ministry has also announced that strict actions will be taken against the individuals who will be found indulged in the restricted activities. These measures are taken for the safety of the metropolitan city and citizens in it. Those who will violate the restrictions will suffer severely.
