Shahid Afridi to Support Imran Khan and Kaptaan’s Opponent in NA-46

Peshawar: Nowadays, Pakistani Cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi is looking in political Mode. Recently he visited Nawaz Sharif House for condolence of Abbas Sharif Death. And now he addressed in Bara Tehsil of Khyber Agency to support Haji Muhammad Shah Afridi, candidate for NA-46. Shahid Afridi’s visit surprised locals. The Political gathering was organized by Young Tribal Federation Khyber Agency in Peshawar. In Tribal Jirga, Shahid Afridi announced to support Muhammad Shah.

NA – 46 Candidates:

There are 26 candidates for this seat including Imran Khan and Kaptaan. Confused? Let me clear this. It’s not PTI Imran Khan but another candidate with same name. On other hand, a candidate has name Kaptan. You can verify this from Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) official website. Interestingly, ECP website reported Shah Afridi, Imran Khan and Kaptaan Tax Payments of last 3 years as nil.

Shahid Khan Afridi asked Pakistani Nation especially youth to cast vote to honest candidates. Vote that person, who can work for betterment of Pakistan, he added. On other hand, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) hasn’t commented on current political activities of Shahid Afridi.
