
Online admission & submission of forms for Sindh E-Centralized College Program 2020 – 2021 (SECCAP) have been announced by College Education Department, Government of Sindh. This means students who want to get admission in colleges can submit the application through online registration.
CAP Forms were made online on 26th September and candidates can submit their forms till the last due date which is 6th October, 2020.
This announcement comes few weeks after Chairman of Matric Board, Dr. Saeed Uddin, wrote a letter to secretary college education requesting that 1st Year Admission Should Start Immediately.
How to Submit CAP Form?
The process to apply or register for your favorite college is simple. Follows these steps to successfully submit your application form:

4) Save & note down your SECCAP Form Number
After the closure of submission the college department will access these application forms and candidates will be submitted in the most suitable college as per merit. Then the results of SECCAP will be announced and students will be able to check their admission through SECCAP Form Number.
Note: At the time of writing this story both websites, SECCAP and College Education Department, were not accessible.

Students from Other Boards:
The facility of online application form is applicable only for those candidates who have completed or passed their matriculation from Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK).
Students of other boards such as Federal Board, Punjab Board or Aga Khan Board are required to download the application form, fill it, attach photo copy of their marks sheet and then submit it at the office of Director General Colleges Sindh or simply post it to the official address.
Students in other cities of Sindh are required to submit their form in nearest colleges which will be forwarded to the regional director colleges.
SECCAP was launched to provide merit based admissions to First year (XI Year) in different colleges of Karachi. Previously forms were required to be purchased and submitted at colleges later the process was computerized and facility of online form submission was provided to candidates interested in getting admission in Government College for 1st year.
