University of Karachi is organizing three-day course on sanitation standards, good manufacturing practices (GMPS) and hazard analysis critical point programmes (HACCP) on August 6.
The classes for these courses will be held in the Latif Ebrahim Jamal Auditorium of Karachi University between 9 AM and 1 PM.
The course is planned to train instructors, food safety and quality control officers for a better future of agriculture and food safety standards in order to help meet the WTO and international trade standards.
These courses are held under the support of the Pakistan Society for Microbiology.
