Patna: The village governing group has announced restriction on the use of mobile phones by the unmarried girls at the Bihar State of India. According to the Indian media, in the Somagh village of Champaran district of India, the deciding group came upon with the announcement of restriction on the use of mobile phones by the unmarried girls in the region.
All the families are complied with the decision. Incase of violation, the family shall be liable to strict punishment by the governing group of individuals. The leading member of the group, Hamid Ansari has said that before announcing the decision, he has contacted various families. After others agreed, the decision has now been announced to be implemented.
On other hand, Minister of governing affairs of village, Bheem Singh said that any such decision does not hold any lawful importance. He said that such a decision by any group of the region does not have any lawful importance and is not subject to implementation.
However, it also stated that no individual has the right to register complaint against the governing group. If any such step is taken, then legal actions would be proceeded against the complain registrar.
