On Wednesday Anti Terrorism Court ATC-II accepted the bail of Rao Anwar ruling that SSP Malir Rao Anwar was not present when Naqeebullah Mehsud was killed in a fake encounter.
The alleged killer of Naqeebullah Mehsud was granted bail against a surety bond of Rs. 1 million, which his lawyers deposited on Wednesday.
Travesty of justice, ATC grntd bail to Rao Anwar in NaqIbulah Murder Case.We live in ruthless society, a 100 rs worth coriander thief frm Quetta spent 13 mnths in prison befre he ws acquitted by SC in 2017. Bt a mass murderer & terrorist is being treated as favourite child of law

Currently Rao Anwar is being held in his house located in Malir Cant which was declared sub-jail after request from the suspended SSP.
Naqeebullah’s father Muhammad Khan plead that declaring his house as sub-jail was illegal. He argued why should a killer deserve such facilities during arrest?
How can a murderer – Rao Anwar – be given bail when he tried to abscond once before? Shameful preferential treatment for a killer!

Naqeebullah Mehsud was killed in a fake encounter on July 13 after which Rao Anwar held a press conference regarding the killings.
The defence counsel of Rao Anwar claim that SSP Rao Anwar was not involved in the encounter and only arrived after he was informed about the encounter by SHO Amanullah Marwat.
While Naqeebullah’s father petition against putting Rao Anwar in Sub-jail instead of jail pending, he is out from sub jail as well as his bail was accepted.
