ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr Nawaz Sharif has said that the sit-in of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is taking its last breath in Islamabad, adding that there are only empty chairs there in the sit-in of PTI. He has further said that the tolerance of government should be appreciated as it has still let 15 to 20 people to continue their sit-in.
The premier Nawaz Sharif has added that everybody should now understand that the sit-in is for the fulfilment of vested interest. He has said that he has never tried to cross the limits in politics. The Prime Minister has raised a question whether Imran Khan has built a new Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The premier Nawaz Sharif has further stated that the purpose of the sit-ins is to destabilize Pakistan and to stop Pakistan from the way of progress. He has, however, said that the door for negotiations remains always open.
In the meantime, people on social media are seen talking in favour of Nawaz Sharif, saying that he is working better than his ex-governments. His stance on disputed Kashmir is clear and he has, to some extent, succeeded in pressurizing India on Kashmir issue. Also, the prices of petroleum products have been decreased.
Some people are seen opposing the federal government, saying that the prices of petroleum products have been decreased but no benefits have been transferred to the public yet. They have said that the price of petroleum products have decreased due to Imran Khan and his sit-in.
