The recent killings of Rohingya in Myanmar’s Rakhine State (previously Arakan) triggered a crisis that is still going on. Killings, Torture, arrests and rapes by Myanmar army created chaos which forced the remaining population to flee but from have you ever questioned who is arming Myanmar forces?
Myanmar’s military imports are dependent on few countries among which the main contributors are:

The military junta which is ruling Myanmar from 1962 was inclined towards socialism and that’s why their main contributor was China, Russia, and Yugoslavia. In recent years Germany provided two dozen aircrafts while India and Israel helped it to increase the numbers of armed vehicles and ammunition.
In 2015 National League for Democracy won the election forming a democratic government but this government also failed to protect the minority Rohingya population.
More than 600,000 muslims have fled to Bangaldesh after the recent ethnic cleansing. According to reports more than 3,000 people were killed in Tula Tuli.
