Renowned journalist Wusat Ullah Khan also discussed this in his talk show ‘Zara Hut Kay’ where he asked parents to submit the copy of Sindh High Court order if they are asked for summer vacations fees.
He said if the school management insists on payment then you should contact court as it falls under contempt of court. Soon this became viral on social media.

Recently Khalid Shah, chairman of Private Schools Management Association, held a press conference in Karachi Press Club. He said that false statements are being circulated in the name of honorable courts which is resulting in problems.
He clarified that parents have to pay the fees for June-July as schools as they have expenses to bear such as salaries of school teachers and employees.
Directorate of Inspection & Registration of Private Institutions Sindh, which is part of School Education & Literacy Department of provincial government, also issued a notification clarifying that private schools will collect fees for the month of June & July.
