Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has rejected the appeal for mercy of a Death penalty convict Behram Khan, private TV channel reported yesterday. According to the details, the appeal made by Behram Khan was categorically rejected by the President and maintained his imprisonment.
The police officials told that the black warrants against Behram have been issued and he will be hanged till death at five in the morning.
The jail officials said that after the denial of request by High court and the Supreme Court, President Zardari has rejected the appeal for mercy by convicted Behram Khan.
It is to mention here that he was convicted to death on accusations of killing a lawyer in the court room of the High court in 2003.
