Pillion Riding Ban Lifted In Karachi And Hyderabaab

Karachi: the Pillion Riding Ban imposed in different parts of the country has been lifted after the completion of Ashura. The Ban was imposed due to the security reasons in the sensitive cities of the country including the metropolitan.

According to the reports, a notification was released by the Sindh Government which interprets that the ban lifted on pillion riding has been removed in Karachi. After the release of this notification the Hyderabad Police removed the ban imposed in Hyderabad. The Ban was imposed in sensitive areas from 2nd Muharram by the Interior Ministry.

The Ban in Khairpur will remain continue up to the 13th Muharram due to the processions which are still in progress in Khairpur. The SSP Khairpur informed media that the city is still sensitive so the ban cannot be lifted till 13th Muharram. On the other hand citizens of Karachi and Hyderabad were delighted once the ban was lifted.
