In India toilet is a priority for the Indian government and they are tried to provide all families a toilet. This sounds strange but the reality in India is very awful because half homes of India are without toilet and more than 60% of Indian population has no access to toilets.
Indian government launched ‘Swachh Bharat’ (Clean India) to encourage people to build & use toilet but it seems that the government failed to achieve its goal.
Ghazi Pur is a village in Bihar with 2,000 Hindu population who fear to use toilet and think it would result in danger for them. It is said that one man from the village lost his son because of a disease after he started construction of a toilet.
Such stories are common in the village and people fear that if they try to use or build toilet they will also lose their loved ones.
