The owners and operators of Serena Hotels in Pakistan, Tourism Promotion Services (Limited) Pakistan, have acquired the Pearl Continental Hotel in Peshawar, the Serena Hotel’s ninth property.
The record showed that Serena Hotels will expand the province’s tourist circuit while enabling regional connectivity for leisure and business travellers with its portfolio of hotels in Islamabad, Peshawar, Kabul, and Dushanbe.
Peshawar, the oldest city in Pakistan, has a rich cultural heritage that would help the hotel by serving as a gateway to Central Asia to expand the brand offering to new heights.
This would be the second Serena Hotel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after the Swat Serena Hotel, enabling the brand to connect the various tourist communities with the rural areas of the province.
In addition, renovations would be made to the dining areas, banquet halls, conference centers, public areas, and Maisha Spa and Health Club.
The company provides training programs for its staff members to guarantee service delivery and hold it to the standards of Serena Hotels.
According to sources, the company is confident in its ability to capitalize on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s enormous untapped tourism potential.
