Masters Champions League (MCL) T20 Tournament is starting from 28th February 2016, and there are only few days left but it has not yet decide that which Pakistani cricketer will play in the tournament. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced to give permission to only those cricketers for MCL who have taken official retirement from the international cricket. PCB has announced that only those cricketers will be issued NOC for MCL who have officially informed PCB about their retirement and only 3 cricketers have been issued NOC for MCL yet. The schedule and timings of MCL have been already announced by the organizers.
According to the reports, 12 cricketers from Pakistan have finalized their contracts for Masters Champions League, from which Naveed ul Hassan, Humayun Farhat and Muhammad Khalil have got NOC from Pakistan Cricket Board. 9 Pakistani cricketers are still waiting for their NOC from PCB, in order to participate in the tournament.

According to the reports, PCB had some issued with the dates of MCL because PSL will be also held during the same period, but the organizers of MCL have rejected the proposal of PCB to extend the dates of the tournament.
