ISLAMABAD: The trade dialogues between Pakistan and India would be held from 14 to 18 November in New Delhi. Secretary Commerce Zafar Mehmood would represent Pakistan in the dialogues; meanwhile the delegation would be comprises of officials of foreign ministry, trade ministry and railway ministry. It is worth mentioning here that no point regarding granting most favor nation to India is included in the dialogues; meanwhile the point regarding giving transit trade facility to Afghanistan through Wagah boarder is also not included in the agenda of dialogues.
On the other hand the imposition of non-tariff barriers by India would be discussed in these dialogues; meanwhile due to these barriers the volume of trade is in favour of India instead of Pakistan.
It is worth mentioning here that the trade volume between India and Pakistan is 2.7 billion dollars out of which Pakistan only export 400 million of goods to India.
