OCS courier service is one of the largest courier networks in the world. It is known for it’s easy to courier method, online tracking system and wide network.
It is considered one of the most reliable names in the courier business around the world but no more provides courier services in Pakistan because M&P acquired OCS Pakistan Pvt Ltd after which its courier centers became part of M&P network.
How To Track Courier?
Customers were required to enter their C.N no which was mentioned on the consignment note and select the type of delivery i.e. Domestic, International etc. and the location and status of your shipment was provided in an instant. They also provided update about your package and parcel through email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
As they are not operating in Pakistan any more their online tracking system which was based through a dedicated portal is not working anymore.
During its operations clients were facilitated with easy online tracking through tracking number & ID just like any modern courier company which provides shipments across the world.
OCS was founded 50 years ago in Tokyo and can be considered one of the pioneers of courier delivery systems as at that there was no concept of fast delivery and courier services.
It has now grown into one of the world’s largest courier networks with over 250 stations in 210 countries and 45,000 staff worldwide.
In Pakistan OCS started operations in 1986 from Karachi providing both domestic and international services. Within few years it emerged as a known name by not only established itself in major cities such as Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Quetta & Peshawar but also through other small cities.
At the time of its peak the company covered thousands of delivery locations in Pakistan, had 58 branches and 230+ Express Centers in 11 zonal hubs across Pakistan. It was one of the biggest courier services after TCS Courier Service and Leopard Courier Service.
OCS Courier services provided a complete set of delivery services both nationally and internationally at an affordable rates. Their emphasis was on providing quality customer service and satisfaction for which they established a wide network across Pakistan.
All these courier and express centers were taken over by M&P after acquisition which now provides the services. As OCS is no more working in Pakistan they have no customer support center, helpline or phone number for queries.
