Some called it anti-corruption while others raised fingers towards the military establishment which is accused of influencing the courts.
Today’s verdict against PM #NawazShairf will be the culmination of a long series of court cases involving accusations of hiding offshore accounts, money laundering and tax evasion against the Sharif family that stemmed from the 2016 Panama Papers’ leaks. #Pakistan

Nawaz Sharif’s punishment proves that ehtesab is only being done of the opposition – the question to ask is that when will the Govt itself come into accountability’s grasp – one should have no doubt about the nexus between NAB and IK’s govt: Spokesman for BBZ

Very Weak Judgment against Nawaz Sharif; once again it proves that Pakistani courts & criminal justice system are pathetically weak against super rich people and can only punish middle class people and businessmen for mistakes but are helpless against mega rich & their lawyers.
