Karachi – Prof. Abdur Rahman Makki, Jamat ud Dawah’s central spokesperson, has said that Narendra Modi’s life is devoted for the agenda of “Akhand Bharat” or “Greater India”. The recent Karachi airport attacks have revealed evidences as to the involvement of India. The Indian nation is paving way for its own disintegration.
Addressing a seminar on the topic “Future Challenges for Pakistan” at Clifton, Karachi, Prof. A R Makki also said that Pakistan is a nation of sacrifices and a people who have an immense love of Islam; it is not the same as of 1971 – we, as a nation, are a nuclear power capable of defending ourselves. Various professionals from different walks of life attended the seminar. Dr. Muzammil Hashmi, head of JuD Karachi, and Hafiz Kaleemullah also addressed the audience.
Prof. A R Makki further said that if one hundered and sixty thousand US troops could not stay in Afghanistan, rest of its eight thousand troops would not be able to survive either. India wants to use Afghanistan as a base for exporting terror into Pakistan. The presence of twenty five thousand Indian troops in Afghanistan is part of the same ambition.
Furthermore, he said that Pakistani leadership is not exercising due responsibility and is purposelessly inclining towards India for trade and friendship. Pakistan should realize its significance in the unfolding geo-political scenario and its promising, bright future. USA and its allies have failed to maintain their clutch in the region and await more destruction and downfall as that of Soviet Union. On the other hand, Pakistan is being looked upon with hope from other Muslim nations in Middle East and elsewhere. It needs to meet the demands and fulfill its responsibility as a capable, nuclear nation.
