Personal Life:
She was born in a baloch family on 3rd March, 1987. Details of her early years are not known except that Rahim Yar Khan was her hometown.
Marriage & Divorce:
At the age of 18 her father arranged her marriage with Khurram Shahzad, who at that time was a pilot for Pakistan Air Force.
She was a normal house wife who loved paintings until an accident changed her life. She was travelling with her husband from PAF Quetta to her hometown when they met an accident making her paralyzed at the age of 21.

Muniba claims that when doctor told her that she cannot paint, walk or given birth to a child again she became devastated. But soon this changed her life, she divorced her husband and started a new life.
Achievements:
From the days in hospital till today she has become a different person. She has travelled around the globed speaking in multiple international events including TED Talk.
She is invited as a motivational speaker because people believe that her speech and life story gives other people hope for a better and bright future.
Muniba Mazari became the first wheel-chair using anchor when she hosted programmes in Pakistan Television Network (PTV). BBC listed her in top 100 inspiration women of 2015, Forbes featured her in 30 under 30 for the year 2016.

She was also appointed Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan by United Nations and also became the first wheelchair using model for Toni & Guy.
Muniba Mazari also established a brand Muniba’s Canvas and sung some amazing songs including Dil Say Pakistan with Haroon.
Controversies:
She have been surrounded by many controversies, the first was when her ex-husband filed a lawsuit of Rs. 10 million for defamation.
Khurram Shahzad claimed that his ex-wife blamed him for her sufferings which was misleading and defaming. He claims that despite treatment was offered in military hospitals, he opted for a private Hospital so that Muniba can get the best medical treatment.

Stealing Art:
Another controversy arose when Laiba Baig, an artist, accused Muniba Khan of plagiarizing her work. She said when she contact Muniba her response was that her art work is different because she uses oil colours.
She currently lives with her family, including a son named Neal who she adopted with her ex-husband Khurram before their divorce.
