A new research has revealed that people who are motivated and have a goal for their lives can get better sleep during night because of the relaxation.
The research was conducted by Rush University Medical Center on 823 people. They observed the participants for a long period of 2 years and it was concluded that people having some purpose of life had 63% less risk of sleep apnea.
They also had a better sleep quality when compared with those living headless and purposeless life. The study was on old people but it is believed that it will remain same for younger generation.
Some criticized the study saying that by observing 79 years old people you cannot conclude something for 20 year old university students or 30 year old professionals.
