A group working for transgender (Khawaja Sira) has started an initiative to build a mosque for transgender in Islamabad.
The mosque is being built by Shemale Association for Fundamental Rights (Safar). The founder of ‘Safar’ Nadeem Kashish said that it will be a safe place for transgender to offer their prayers.
They said that transgender are mocked and insulted when they visit mosque for prayers, this mosque will be a place for all transgender to pray without any fear of being mocked or insulted.
Islam gives rights to transgender a/c to medical classification as man/woman. Include them in society, don't exclude them by separate mosque

This initiative will create controversy because Islam does not classify Transgender as other gender rather according to their medical condition they are either classified as man or woman and are given full rights.
[junkie-alert style=”green”] So if a transgender is classified as male he will have the right to pray at mosque with other man, and if he is classified as female she will have the right to pray with women. [/junkie-alert]
So the solution is not having a separate mosque for transgender but rather they should be given full rights as a citizen and muslim according to their medical classification.
