Karachi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) stopped the former Captain of Pakistan Mohammad Yousuf to play the President’s Trophy. Due to this, he was unable to show his fitness for the National Cricket Team. According to the rules of the President’s Trophy, the players who were inducted in the team before the start of the tournament will be allowed to play.
Mohammad Yousuf rejected the offers from several departments which he got due to some reasons. Recently, he received an offer from the Port Qasim Authority (PQA) to play the President’s Trophy. The PCB has considered the special request made the PQA.
Tge 38-year old cricketer has been negated by the selectors to play for the National side. However, he will have to make a comeback in the domestic cricket to be tha part of the National Squad once again.
He interprets the fact that PCB has repeatedly asked him to prove his fitness but not permitted him to play the domestic cricket.
