Mobile Phones Can Tell The Lifestyles Of User

smart phoneScientists have found out that traces of chemicals from mobile phones can tell the details of the user. It can be known what type of food they eat, what beauty product they used, whether they walked during sun light or not, just by studying the chemicals attached to the mobile body.

The researchers from US and Germany published the report in ‘Proceeding of the National Academy Of Sciences’ claiming that mobile phones can tell the lifestyles of the user. They studied 39 people by collecting sample from their hands and smart phones.

“By analyzing the molecules they’ve left behind on their phones, we could tell if a person is likely female, uses high-end cosmetics, dyes her hair, drinks coffee, prefers beer over wine, likes spicy food, is being treated for depression, wears sunscreen and bug spray — and therefore likely spends a lot of time outdoors — all kinds of things,” said Amina Bouslimani, author of the published report.
