Marvi Memon is a conservative politician and a businesswoman. She is a member of the Pakistan Muslim League that is presided by Nawaz Sharif. Marvi is the daughter of a prominent politician Nisar Memon. She graduated from London School of Economics and worked at Citibank and Pakistan Television Corporation. She later on established a vehicle tracking service by the name of Trekker. She has an accomplishment of being the youngest female CEO of a multinational firm in the country.

She was elected to the National assembly in a reserved seat, although she is from the province of Sindh. Later on she joined the PML-Q. She was able to produce a “white paper’ as called based on the corruption committed by the ruling parties of Pakistan people’s party in 2010.
On June 22, 2011, she abandoned the PML-Q on the basis of the party’s corrupt treasury benches. She also resigned from the national Assembly. But she later on joined the PML-N party after a time period of seven months on March 4, 2012. Marvi joined the party of Nawaz Sharif and was praised by Nawaz Sharif as an asset for the party due to her realistic approach.
