If you want to check & find how many SIMs are issued on your name and which mobile network operators have issued these SIMs then the method is very easy. Just write your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) Number and send it to 668.
You can also check how many SIMS have been issued on your CNIC through online system by simply visiting the official portal of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). You will be required to write your CNIC number and then it will show that how many SIMs are issued on your CNIC.
You can also check whether your SIM is verified or not and whether it is verified by your CNIC or not because previously SIMS were issued without biometric verification during which many obtain sims on CNIC of other other people.
When government started the biometric verification many family members verified multiple sims on CNIC of one member of family. To check whether your SIM is verified on your CNIC use the following process:
Zong: Write ‘V’ and send it to 7911
Warid: Send your CNIC number & send it to 789
Ufone: Use code *336*1#
Telenor: Write CNIC number & send it to 7751
Mobilink: Send CNIC number to 6001
Messages to all these numbers are absolutely free and no extra charges will be charged. So know the details of your SIM with just one free SMS. Make sure you write your CNIC number without any dashes (-).
You can also visit any customer care centre of these mobile operators to know the details or contact through help numbers or UAN.
