Chairlift at Malam Jabba has become very famous among tourist and hundreds of tourists are enjoying this chairlifts. Thousands of people from everywhere in Pakistan visits Swat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is one of the most beautiful place in Pakistan and is also famous as “Switzerland of Pakistan.”
Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has done an excellent job by installing chairlifts after eight years of long wait at the 9,200-feet high Malam Jabba tourist resort.

However some tourists were of the view that chairlift are bit scary, but full of fun. One tourist said that it would have been better if these chairlifts would have been like cable car as it is more secure and safe. Chairlifts are open whereas cable cars are in complete glass type box.

According to administration this chairlift in Malam Jabba has 104 seats on which 260 persons can sit.
Three star and Five star hotels construction is in progress and it is expected that after completion of these hotels more and more tourists will come to Malam Jabba.
