A study from University of Wisconsin claims that not eating anything after 6 PM will help you to lose weight, makes your heart healthier and increases you life.
Rozalyn Anderson was the head of the research and experimented calorie restriction on rhesus monkeys to prove that life span can be increased by calorie restriction. It was the first detailed study which connected metabolism with aging.
She found that escaping dinner will lower the chances of diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular problems, cancer and as a result the lifespan can be increased by three decades.

The study received praised and criticism from different institutes for the limitation of the research and the huge claims made by the institute. Anderson is further studying the calorie restriction and its impact on lifespan.
