The organizers have announced the fourth annual Lahore Literary Festival, which is starting from 20th February 2016. This year, Lahore Literary Festival will be held on Avari Hotel Lahore, on 20th and 21st February 2016.
The organizers of Lahore Literary Festival have previously announced to organize this event from 19th February to 21st February 2016 in Alhamra Arts Council, but due to some security concerns, event has been rescheduled. Thousands of people from not only around Pakistan, but also from other countries are expected to attend this event. This event has been announced after successfully organizing Karachi Literary Festival, held on 5th, 6th and 7th February 2016.
The first Lahore Literary Festival was organized in 2013, after which it has been organized every year. Lahore Literary Festival will consist of over 90 sessions on Literature, Criticism, Cinema, Art, Architecture, Urbanism, Humour, Archaeology, Politics, Journalism and Regional Languages. Speakers from not only Pakistan, but from India and Bangladesh will address the audience of this event on several topics. Some Indian artists have also reached Lahore to attend this event including Sharmila Tegore.
Announcement#LLF2016 will start on Saturday, Feb. 20, and conclude on Sunday, Feb. 21.

Different awards will be also given to the celebrities who have achieved in various walks of life, during this event.
