Karachi: Lafarge Pakistan held a ceremony in Islamabad, recently for its exciting new product, which is set to revolutionize the way professional builders approach tiling jobs. The new product, Xtreme Bond, a tile adhesive, has been designed and manufactured by Lafarge Pakistan and will enable building professionals to effectively manage tile application.
The event was attended by over 500 people including distributors, retailers, contractors and tile applicators. The objective of the event was to engage with customers and assure them of Xtreme Bond’s quality and key attributes, which were later displayed during its practical demonstration.
- Using Xtreme Bond, applicators can now apply tiles directly without adding any cement or other chemicals or soaking this in water
- The new adhesive has been specifically designed to combat risks that can occur during tiling, such as differential shrinkage, allowing the job to be completed within a shorter time period.
Participants across various business segments showed immense satisfaction with Xtreme Bond’s quality and endorsed it. The product’s availability has spread to over 20 markets of North and Central Punjab in just 6 months (Jan-Jun 2014) since it was first introduced in the market.
