The rukuh in Surah Nisa clearly advises that since you are not likely to be able to do justice, then better to refrain. Emphasis is on refrain. It beats logic to allow men to have sexual relations with baandhis and then according to the maulvi sahib on your show if there is no off spring, the woman can be past on to someone else !
