K-Electric launched its smartphone application KE Live for customer support. Mobile users can download the app for free from the official website, Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The app provides multiple services for KE customers from the comfort for the home with simple process and procedure.
So with a simple registration in the app through bill number and other details you can get access to multiple services.
Currently the app provides the following services:
- Billing History
- Power Updates (Faults, Load shedding, etc)
- Duplicate Bill
- Integrated Unit Consumption Comparative Graphs
- Complaint Management
- Customer Care Centre Location & Other details
- Theft Report
- Safety Hazards
These services are also available through a separate and dedicated website live.ke.com.pk which can be accessed to get all the facilities which are available on the website.
