Jobs in Transport Planning Unit Department Punjab, Pakistan

Transport Planning Unit Department of Punjab was established in 1987 with the aim of providing better transport facilities to the people of Punjab. With new transport plans of the government such as Metro services in different cities new jobs are available in the department.

Like any other government department latest jobs are advertised through leading newspapers. If you want to become part of the department then check advertisement section of newspapers for job opportunities.

Applicants cannot apply online because currently no online facility is available but new jobs are updated on the website through which you can easily check latest jobs availability.

If you want to successfully apply for the job then follow these steps:

  • Browse careers section and select the job which you want to apply for
  • Check the eligibility criteria of the job
  • Download the application form
  • Complete the application form by providing required information
  • Send your application along with required documents to the department.

Make sure that your application reaches the department within due date because no application after due date will be considered. Also make sure to write the title of the post for which you are applying on the envelope so that it reaches the concerned person in the department.

The application form for each vacancy will differ so make sure to download the correct form.

Who Can Apply?

Everyone who is a domicile holder of Punjab can apply for the jobs in the department. There is no discrimination during the hiring process and applications from Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur or other cities are equally considered for the post.

What Are The Documents Required?

Attested copies of certain documents are required to be attached with your application, these documents are:

  • Academic Degrees and certificates
  • Experience Letter
  • Domicile Letter
  • CNIC

Also attach recent photographs with your application form.

What Is The Selection Process?

The HR evaluates the candidates on the basis of their applications and shortlisted candidates are invited for written test and interview. The date, time & venue of the test will be communication by the department. If you are not contacted by the department then it means you were not shortlisted for the process.
